All metals are 100% recycled and sourced from within the U.K. 

When silversmithing, I use a range of hand and electrical tools, and my studio electricity supply is 100% renewable. 

Packaging has been made and designed using FSC-certified card, and is 100% biodegradable and recyclable. Please note I use repurposed wool as a packaging material. 

All orders are despatched either with Royal Mail Tracked & Signed or Royal Mail Special Delivery, and are shipped in previously used packaging.

Returns postage will be provided free of charge if your item arrives damaged or faulty. If the piece is returned for any other reasons then the cost of postage will not be covered.
